The average sampling qualification rate of mechanical products exceeds 90%. Wang Ruixiang made the above statement at the "2017 National Machinery Industry Quality Brand Promotion Conference" held on the 26th.

According to the Xinhua News Agency on September 26, at present, China has vigorously promoted the localization rate of major technical equipment, and the proportion of independent brands and products in the domestic market has been increasing. Many of them have reached the international leading level in technology and quality. For example, the main technical performance indicators of UHV transformer products are at the international advanced level as a whole. In addition to product quality, quality reliability and other key standards, it is internationally leading.

Benefiting from technological innovation and management improvement, the efficiency of enterprises has improved. According to the data, from January to July, the profits of internal combustion engines, construction machinery and instrumentation increased by 58.18%, 81.2% and 30.48% year on year.

It should also be noted that in the high-end field, there is still a gap between China's mechanical products and those of developed countries. The R&D investment of most enterprises accounts for less than 3%. For example, in the gear industry, the R&D cycle of new products is 2 to 3 times that of similar foreign products. There are also gaps in product stability and service life.

Wang Ruixiang said that the China Machinery Industry Federation will strengthen its efforts to promote enterprise technological transformation and product quality improvement, build a sound quality assurance system, and accelerate the development of standards in key areas. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also carry out quality control and technical evaluation laboratories, industrial enterprise brand cultivation and other work to accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency in the manufacturing industry.
